• Fraudulent activity: Use of stolen payment methods, chargeback abuse, or creation of multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions
• Illegal trading practices: Engagement in market manipulation strategies including wash trading, spoofing, or pump-and-dump schemes
• Violation of third-party terms: Activities that breach the terms of connected cryptocurrency exchanges or financial service providers
• Unauthorized access: Sharing accounts, attempting to access other users' data, or reverse-engineering our systems

This policy applies equally to misuse of our support systems. Examples of support misuse include:

• Submitting duplicate or frivolous tickets
• Demanding immediate responses outside business hours
• Refusing to cooperate with standard troubleshooting procedures

We employ automated monitoring and manual review processes to detect policy violations. In most cases, we will issue warnings before termination, except for severe violations where immediate action is required to protect the platform and other users.

2. Platform Support

Our support team is available to assist with:

• Technical issues with trading bot functionality
• Account access problems
• Billing inquiries

Support Limitations:

• No emergency support outside business hours
• No debugging for custom user modifications

3. Acceptable Use

All users must comply with:

• Applicable financial regulations in their jurisdiction
• Exchange API rate limits
• Reasonable resource consumption thresholds

4. Risk Disclosure

By using this platform, you acknowledge:

• Cryptocurrency trading carries inherent risks
• Past performance doesn't guarantee future results
• You're solely responsible for trading decisions

5. Payment Terms

• All subscriptions are non-refundable
• Chargebacks will result in immediate account termination
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice

6. Policy Changes

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
